Well I was thinking that you could bake Pumpkin cookies and get parent's to donate things like sprinkles, frosting, little candy, etc, and the kids could decorate their own Halloween cookie. Since you don't really like Halloween, you could do the same with leaves- get a cookie cutter that fits the shape and make leaf shaped cookies then bring them to school and have the students decorate their own leaf cookie. You could also bring the kids for 20 minutes to a younger grade's classroom and they can read fall or Halloween stories to the class or help out with the classes party.
