I'm not sure what grade level your wanting but the first thing that popped into my head was... a riddle board. The students can write riddles and then lift the flap and put the answer. Another could be directions on how to make something and could be used as a center. I have one where the tudents make a rake, a bear, and I can't think of what else. The students could write guess who papers also. They tell about themselves without giving their names - lift a flap and there is the person's name. Are these the kind of things your looking for???
