I worked full time in a nice suburban school but I quit because I was unhappy with the team I worked with & the administration. I now work in a rural area, with a much lower social-economic level & making a lot less money. But I'm HAPPY! The stress level is way down, so the longer commute & less pay doesn't bother me. If the money isn't a real issue, I'd say go for the move, especially if it looks like it'll releave some of that stress. Yes, I had some guilt about leaving "my kids", but the way things were going, I was gonna burn out sooner than later! Good Luck!
