if your principals are truly idiots, then take heart, they will probably be reassigned soon.

we had a moronic principal--he had been moved to us after driving his previous school completely insane.

after four years here, the district realized WE were all right and that HE was insane==they moved him to junior high--TO TEACH--now that IS insane. he didn't last half a year; took medical leave and never came back.

i felt really bad for him as a person because he just didn't get it--hey, you're mean, you're rude, you're scary, you're not effective: change. but he wouldn't so..
