I have an Uncle just like that (my dads brother). When my grandpa died my dad got the farm land because he had farmed with my grandpa all his life, and my uncle got the money because he had gone off to become a teacher. That was not good enough (and it was a fair chunk of money). He acts like he wants everything and that he has a right to have everything. He did nothing to help when grandpa was really ill and rarely came to visit also. My uncle is now no longer talking to my dad. I think that it is really sick! So I completely know where you are coming from.
