Being Petty

I've been a sub for over a year...unfortunately! I've been in classes where there have been GREAT lesson plans and NO lesson plans. I've been in classes where there was literally NOTHING to work from. Never once did I report back to the office, nor did I tell the teacher that there was a problem. (Unless there was a problem with the students.)It sounds like that sub was being really petty. As a sub, in whatever grade, you have to go in being prepared, mentally and physically. Hopefully they won't hire him/her again. They may feel the same. Don't worry, I think what you say you left was fine.
