I saw one teacher who did a really cute poster/bulletin board. She did the backgroung with a traditional checkered table cloth and put a large place setting on a big placemat. She then had the kids set their places for snacks with full setting following the poster. She also did a cut and paste activity where the kids had to glue the pieces in the right area. She incorporated directional cues (beside, above, next to etc.) into the directions.

Also you can do a manners chart where the kids get a sticker if you catch them using please - thank you etc.

Try google with nutrition lesson plans - you'll get a ton of hits.
