Having a Master's

Okay..I can reply with experience. I have my Master's degree and only have 1 year teaching experience (I stopped teaching for 1 1/2 years to get Masters and I gradated with a 3.98. I have elementary certifications in 4 states now (because of moving several times). I am now living in Pa and have my Pa cert and NJ certification. I moved here last Nov and have yet to get a teaching job because of my Masters...they don't want to pay me more with little experience. The principals/school districts would rather hire someone with a Bach b/c of the pay. Really sucks...yes I know! Wait to get your Master's until you have your job! I wish I would have waited!
