First look at your schedule.For me, I have two days during the 5 weeks that lend me to more time in the classroom. So, I use 45 minutes for the students to rotate after 15 minutes.The students are set in groups of four.I have 6 areas in my room, so they will go to all centers in two days. I have a computer center, puzzles and games center, math center, language center,spelling center, then the last center is a "Special center".I bought two "Frog Systems" for math and language.I use "Scrabble" for spelling. Memory games are used. Whatever you do, do not make it difficult for yourself. The rules of "how to act in a center" MUST be taught. You will walk around constantly.Hope this helps.
