Have you signed a contract? Is there any penalty for breaking it?! I've signed a 1-year contract and I don't think there's a penalty for breaking it, but I'm committed - at least thus far - to sticking around until June. I'm going to be working on keeping my own design skills up, though. That certainly won't hurt!!
