You have many more high needs kids than I do...
what are the chances of getting another aide?
when you class is like this you have to resign yourself to the fact that you are doing the very best that you can....and while you know that you are simply not meeting everyone's needs like you did last year you are doing your very best. I'd get an administrator in to evaluate your needs and see if there is any way to get you even just a 1/2 time aide.

yes my kinder's only come for 1/2 day a.m. only
it would make your day a lot easier if yours came only 1/2 day...

Sorry this is not a lot of advice....or help...but it sounds like you're already doing all you can....without more help
