I was 21
By Rebecca

Clip to ScrapBook
I married when I was 21 and my husband was 29. We dated for 2 years before that. I had not lived on my own before but he had. We are both Christians and knew God would open doors if we followed His lead. We did and we
have been happy for 16 and 1/2 years. We have two wonderful young men but I probably would cringe if either one wanted to marry when they are 21 (just a mom thing I guess). Ofcourse, those first few years are rough, but we saw it through. Marriage isn't anything to take lightly and those about to enter marriage shouldn't go into it thinking if it doesn't work, we'll just divorce. Too
many young couples think that way now-a-days unfortunately. So if the couple is really serious and in love, and looks at it as a LIFELONG commitment, then I say go for it!
