Business Cards

My regular teacher friends tell me they like getting business cards from subs along with detailed notes concerning the day. I'm new to this too, so I haven't got much information. Don't worry; you'll be fine. Some days | will be disasters (for you), but you and the students will survive and you'll learn and go on. If you're thinking of limiting yourself to elementary school, I wouldn't know which grade level to suggest you start in. In 1st grade you'll have to work much harder holding the kids attention, and you have to be slow and deliberate in your approach to subjects, but they're sweet at that | |
age, and they want to please. In 6th grade, you'll have some indiviual behavior challenges and some students who can help you through the day; you have more flexibility with subjects because they know more. In between (2nd-5th) is in between. Good luck. Keep in touch. TC
