    To move

This is a very important decision to make. I do not believe teachers have the right to make children feel uncomfortable or unsafe by "yelling" at children, however, I think that it's important to try to solve the problem first. Your child is one child and moving her to the new class will "save" her, but what about the other children left behind? As a parent and a teacher, why not be proactive? Talk with the teacher and/or the principal and work to make it better for everyone. Parent input and concerns are #1 and this sounds like a valid concern, one in which not only affects your daughter, but a whole class. This is a really touchy subject, however, if a parent demanded to move a child without any prior meeting or voicing of their concern, I'd be a little leary about the move and their intentions. Be a little boisterous and do what's best for all the children.
