I know what you mean...

I have been teaching for 5 years but this year I started at a new charter school. Like you I love the kids I have this year and there is a wonderful supportive staff of young teachers but the administration is making it so
hard for everyone. They tell us to do extra paperwork within less than a days notice. I'm consistently bringing extra work home. I feel like I am not done until 10 pm. We are given so many programs that none of us have been trained in yet we are expected to carry them out perfectly. Plus there is just not enough time during the day to teach everything they want us to teach.

day, I am regretting my decision to move to this school. I find that really sad because I really like the kids and my co-workers. Its too early to be feeling like you want the year to end but here I am counting the days!
