Author's Chair

First I'm jelous that you are getting that type of writing already. Congratulations!

We have Author's Chair at the end of each day for about 10-20 minutes. Each day we pick a few people to "read" to us or share their
writing form the morning writing block. Right now my EA and I pull ones that model what we want. Soon we will have each table be assigned a certain day of the 6 day cycle. Only those from that table will be able to present which will give us 4 people a day. For example today is Day 2 so table 2 would be called on first. Then if there was time I'd call on someone from table 3 and do

as many as we could in the time alloted. Eventually this will not happen every day but every other day or the last 3 days of the cycle. Right now we do not have seperate writing folders but I'm hoping that as we grow as authors we will.
