Hi i am a junior in highschool. i want to go into early childhood education. that had always been what i have wanted to do. about 2 or 3 years ago i volunteered for a headstart class. When i would go over there i would
play with the kids in the centers. in the class room they had about 5 centers. one was the house keeping. there they had like play dolls, dress up clothes, a kitchen area and things that would fit into a house. then there was another that was a reading area. they had rugs for the kids to lay on and then pillows to lay on also. then there was one that was the art center. here they

had smocks for kids to put on and they would paint or play with clay. then they had one that was just anything. one day they might have sand in buckets then they might have water the next. or if they didn't want anything messy they would have like buttons or string or even noodles to make little crafts with. i know that was my favorite. well i hope this helps you some what. good luck and make the best of it.
