Homeroom Moms
By feeling let down

Clip to ScrapBook
I have asked about doing a Halloween craft and she does not want to do that. I approached the teacher yesterday about having a snack such as cookies or cupcakes and box juices the day the treat bags are handed out and she
said no. She said I could send the treat bags with my son that day when he goes to school. Normally the homeroom moms hand out the treat bags toward the end of the day. The mother who the teacher previously had wanted was told by the teacher that they could have cupcakes and juice that day. So I'm a little confused by this and why it changed from one personn to the next. I am not wanting
my 'roses' by being a homeroom mom because I do it for the simple fact that I enjoy it but I do think that she needs to be more appreciative that at least someone wants to be the homeroom mom and is willing to do things for the class. I almost forgot to mention that the other 1st grade class are doing a Halloween craft the day before the treat bags are handed out and then the next day are having cupcakes, juice, and are playing a game. Is that fair or what?
