Internet searches could help you find what you need. I have a craft idea to start off your unit if you want it. You could have them make folders to keep all of their things in for the unit. Here are the steps:

1)Give each
child a big shee of heavy paper (posterboard would work)
2)Have each student fold it in half.
3)Have the students use a pencil to lightly outline a Christmas tree on their folders. Have them color the tree green with crayon, marker, or colored pencil (crayon or colored pencil work best because marker tends to get on people's skin and gets messy when you use a lot for one thing).
Have them put glue outlining the tree (over the pencil drawing)and then stick green yarn on the glue.
4) Give them all white paper circles and have them draw the flag of the country you are studying on each one (One per ornament). They can also color the ornament area surronding the flag.
5)Have them glue each ornament on a branch of the tree on the cover.
6)Have them write information you want on the folder (maybe name, year, unit, etc.) The folder is now ready to go!
