I think you have had things well under control up to this point so now is the time to complete those last minute tasks and then just relax and enjoy your wedding week and day.

I think it is wise to be cautious about the future with your "dad" and to continue enjoying the relationship you have with your "step-dad". It is too bad that we cannot always count on our parents to be there for us. Thankfully I haven't had to worry about this myself as my parents are great, but I have friends who are not so fortunate. However as long as you have at least 2-3 people in your family you can count on you can handle anything.

It sounds that overall you do have a great relationship with so many of your family members, your aunt, your grandparents and so on. And now you will have new family members on your soon to be husband's side that you will also be able to grow close with.
