If the distance to wherever you are going is fairly long - plan for some songs or other activities (eye spy for example) to keep the kids entertained and not "bugging"
- lunch or snacks if the students are not expected to bring their own - plus it doesn't hurt to have at least a few granola bars or fruit just in case a child forgets their lunch - a credit card or money (just in case) - you never know if something strange happens and you need money of some sort. It sounds like you have things pretty much in control. I always like to confirm the bus and the actual "place" a day or two before the trip just to be sure. Also if the place is outdoors or you are planning an outdoor picnic for lunch - have something in mind in case of rain.
