money or time
By Anne

Clip to ScrapBook
I had 2 ideas but I don't understand exactly what you need. One is a money exchange. For example every group at the center would have coins (you may have to adjust $ depending on how many are in a group Let's say 4 people.
Each group would have 20 pennies 10 nickels 10 dimes and 10 quarters. Roll the dice, 3 takes three pennies, next person throws dice cont. around. As soon as you have 5 pennies you trade it in for a nickel, when you have two nickels trade it in for a dime, 2 dimes and a nickel trade for a quarter. Game ends when all the quarters are gone from the center pile. Count your money to find
the winner. If it is a big group deal, make index cards with clocks on them. One could be digital and one analog. Pass out cards to each person or family. First card: "I have 2:15 (just show time on the clock) Who has half past 3?" ( I write this one out because if someone goofs the time the game gets bogged down) Somewhere someone has that card: "I have half past 3--clock face, who has 6:20? Game continues until the last card which is looking for the time on the first index card--in my example it would be "who has 2:15?" I hope that is clear. ( Hint: For my sanity I code the cards in ABC order so I can help find the right person easier) Have fun!
