I also list every teachers name on another wall. Weekly, as above, I check to see who has the best reading average (percentage based on number of books and correct answers). I award a first and second place die cut award for the class in each area (k-2 and 3-5). Then I award the class in each section that has read the most books. Of course, they have to pass the test for the book to count. Next, I type a list of the highest point holder (number of books) in each homeroom with the number of points that they have. At the end of the year, I plan to award a trophy for the highest point holder in each class and an overall trophy for the highest point holder in the school. I also plan to give a rotating trophy to the class with the best record.
