You wish principals would deal with problems instead of "possible" problems? In many schools kids DO try to bring weapons in backpacks. Principals shouldn't try to prevent it, they should just deal with the aftermath? Think about that...Good teaching/leading is preventing problems before they occur, not just putting out fires.
