Maybe you could take digital pics of the kids and cut them in the shape of a circle. have students use construction paper to cut petals and glue around their pic. Instant FLOWERS! Make stems and fold leaves in accordion shapes so they stick out a bit from the board. "Sprouting to Success in ___ Grade!"
