There are so many great books to read in 3rd grade. I'm going to start my chapter book read aloud with Flat Stanley, and then we are going to do the Flat Stanley project. Some great, age appropriate, beginning of the year picture books are A Bad Case of Stripes, Officer Buckle and Gloria, and Miss Nelson is Missing.
