I HIGHLY recommend Ardith Cole's book entitled "Knee-to-Knee, Eye-to-Eye." She was a reading specialist in my school and she actually taught me how to conduct literature conversations in my classroom. It is a great book and if you follow it just as she explains, you'll be amazed just how into books the children get. Good luck and have fun!
