Are you serious? That book is from 1991! It has no idea about current philosophies of teaching. It was written before the standards movement. It is all about DISCIPLINE. If you only focus on discipline your career will not last long. There are much better resources out there instead of this stuff. Focus on good active learning strategies instead of rewarding your students for good behavior.
