Fire Marshall

Wow! Our fire marshall has warned us that he's going to enforce everything this year! No more than 25% of our walls can be covered including chalk boards! We are in a portable and have tiny walls to start with. Anyone else have this rule? He has said that he will issue 200.00 tickets to teacher and principal! Okay, how do we find exactly 25% anyway?????????? Grrrr...
