When I walk through the door at school, the secretary will hand me a check for $200. I have the responsibility to hand over to her $200 worth of receipts before the end of the year, or else they will deduct $200 from my paycheck. By the time I enter school this coming week, I will have spent $200, so I won't have any difficulty at all doing that.
