Warm Up's

I once worked with a Math teacher who would give "Warm Up" quizzes. About once every two weeks she would give a quiz with questions such as "What was the answer to number 4 on March 8"? This way you only need to grade warm ups once every two weeks and it helps keep the kids focused. Many parents liked it because they viewed it as an "easy A".
