I think that you are going about this whole thing just the right way. Remember that this day is about you and your husband to be, not anyone else. Having your biological father there would have made it a nightmare for you and you would not have been able to enjoy the occasion. Looks to me that your REAL dad is the one giving you away. Love is always thicker than genetics.
