I don't think I'll wear capris. That does seem too casual for work. But I think khakis are a good idea since I'll be student teaching in first grade and a nice blouse. I was also thinking of maybe black slacks and a blouse. Now about shoes, what kind of shoes do first grade teachers wear? Since I'll be working with little kids I want to be comfortable so heels are definitely out.
