to take it or not

A couple of things that could help your decision:
- if you take the job and then get offered a teaching position, can you then take the teaching position? If not, I'd be less likely to accept the job.

- Will there be other job opportunities as a research assistant or related to your grad school work? If so, you may get something better down the road.
