I just read about that in this month's Mailbox magagazine - the online extension. I don't have the magazine in the mail yet (the Oct./Nov.)one, but you might be able to find it online. I'm not reading that book, so I didn't read any more about it. Have you tried Teachercreated.com? They always have great lit. resources for books. I use them more than anyone else for activities that go along with novels.
