I just began using it last year and I love it! You teach the kids to "see" (or ask) three other students to explain or help before asking the teacher. It almost always works and we discuss beforehand that we HELP, not give answers. I use it when I am with other reading groups (especially with below-grade level students) or small groups and can not be interrupted.Such an easy idea!
