Lunchroom

At our building we always invite subs to eat with the other teachers. It is their choice, either with the teacher on duty or with those who chat in the "lounge". We do make it a point to introduce each other, and try and find something out about the sub that is interesting to involve them in the conversation. I think it has to be hard to come into a "group" and feel like an outsider.
