Substitutes deserve breaks

OK we don't submit lesson plans. But just being in someone else's room with someone else's class can be a real pain in the rear end. There are decent administrators out there who wouldn't ask a sub to do anything else except follow the lesson plans left by the teacher. School principals have themselves to thank when the sub shortages forces some of them to cover classes because they have run off all of the subs!
