From reading the Sub's chatboard, many, many, are looking for a classroom of their own, and only a few are finding one. I'd say "One in the hand is worth two in the bush". That being said, you could probably get Sub jobs in that school for the rest of the year. Also, you have the time to get to know many of the "Influencers" in the school and district, which can be a great edge in finding full time employment next year.
