The first thing you do, if you haven't already done so, is to find out which kids, if any, have a bladder control problem. For these kids you'd have to allow more flexibility. Everyone else would go as a group twice a day. My kids go at 10:30 and 1:15. They have lunch at 12:05, so they can actually go again. There's no perfect solution or strategy. But this works for me. I haven't had a child go on himself in four years.
