different purposes

I actually made a mistake on my original post... first year teaching I received TFK and that's it... for 2 years...last year we got weekly reader and national geographic... I feel that N.G. is better for science related ideas and also does not go out of date, you can use it 3 months after you get it. While weekly reader is like TFK in that the events in it are current... in my class we do current events weekly, so National GEographic makes more sense to me....
