Two more good books!

I still remember the book my 6th grade teacher read aloud. It was Where the Red Fern Grows. It is awesome, and you could watch the film when you finish.

Every year in December I "perform" Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. I love to be dramatic, so I incorporate a bit of drama. I get out my fake British accent and use it. Ha! I have a huge chain I drag up and down the classroom as I read the part of Marley's Ghost. This kids love it!
