You say that you have taught two years already. My suggestion to you is to use the contacts you have already from your previous years of experience. Even if your teaching experience is from another area, you never know who knows who until you ask. A cousin of one of your former co-workers just may work in the HR department of a district you are interested in. I have found that a lot of times its more who you know, than what you know (unfortunate as that is).
