On Thursday of each week I have my students write the name of the Student of the Week as an acronym.Only Compliments are allowed. Then I check over each paper before giving them to the student of the week. The student of the week chooses their favorite compliment, and then I transfer that to a poster board. Each student in the class signs the poster, and it is sent home on Friday. Who doesn't like to receive compliments?? I always have such positive comments from the parents as well. Hope this helps.
