I suupose the thing is to have an outside activity like checking email at 2:00 AM like me when I can't sleep because of thinking about the new school year. Normally, I would say drink heavily, but you should save that until Friday night. Exercise helps me a great deal, and do it as soon as you get home from school. There are day, like Mondays, that I need to actually take nap when I get home from school. The best philosophy is "one day at a time," especially for special education.
