using liquid starch

You just pour a bottle of liquid starch into a bowl and then dip your fabric in it (already cut to the right size). It's kind of like doing paper mache. Make sure the fabric is completely coated and then smooth it onto the surface you are using. The one thing I would do this time is use pinking shears when cutting the fabric. I had some of mine fray last time I did this. Once the starch dries, it's done and if you don't like it you just peel off and start over!
