Special Ed laws
By Michelle

Clip to ScrapBook
First of all, it depends on what kind of school you are in..regular public schools have different laws from charter schools and private schools. Public schools follow state law and charter schools follow federal law...
State laws have specific age limits in classrooms...Charter schools, however, must have a "reasonable" age difference..
In either case, a 6 year old with a 17 year ol is NOT appropriate.. You need to check out your state SPED laws on this to have "proof". What state are you from and what type of school?
