Make sure you send her a thank you card in about a week, just to remind her about you.

I'm a little skeptical about her holding your file from the other principal. I don't want to be negative, but what if the grant doesn't go through? Will you get the 2nd grade position you thought you were applying for? If not, I might mention your concern and that you might need to keep interviewing just in case?

Just a thought. Congratulations on the great interview. Let us know when you heare from the principal!
