Curves is a structured work out. There are 12 machines and in between are platforms to do running in place (?). You do each station for 30 seconds and go around twice then you end with a stretch. There is music blasting to get you going. I love it because you don't have to think and it goes quickly. Kids are not allowed and no men! I go for my first weigh in and measuring Friday. I guess it works because I can fit back into my clothes. I was beginning to have to go up a size.
