bank system

I have a bank system in my classroom. The students get paid for doing homework, coming to school, helping out, and doing something good. The students have to pay money if they don't do homework or misbehave. This has worked out wonderfully in my classroom. I also have a class store that the students can save up to buy from...some things are books, erasers, pencils, little toys, certificates to eat in lunch w/ me in the classroom, sit by a buddy, free homework pass. I am not a believer of children losing recess and that is why I developed the bank system in my class.
